First pilot job

Hello guys! I would like to ask if there is any job for first officer or second officer, copilot, etc, where the company doesn't require previous experience (250 hours total), and non type rated, just ICAO license. Can be anywhere in the world. If some of you know some information, I appreciate very much!

You may well stand a better chance if you "upgrade" to a FAA or EASA licence, if your National licence fails to bear fruit.
