Does anyone know where to get keys for a shrike commander 500S. Or how to get keys made ?

Do you know what type of lock it is? Medco, etc?
If it is a Medco, there should have been a tag with the original keys, that has the number you have give the locksmith in order to make a new one. This number should also be recorded in the log books somewhere. In some instances if it was done as a retrofit, then you maybe able to find the locksmith company (if you know who that was) that did the rekey and they should have code, however your name would have to be listed as an authorized person on the account to get keys made.
Otherwise you will have to rekey the plane.
