A340 jumps chocks, write off

Apologies if this matter has been dealt with before but ......A friend has asked me about an accident at Toulouse when an A340 destined for Etihad was written off due to a full power run when on chocks went wrong and the aircraft jumped the chocks. Any info including the date of the event would be appreciated.
