From ATW online:

"Thomas Cook AG placed an order for two A320s with delivery at the beginning of 2003. The aircraft will be powered by CFM56-B4 engines and will feature a single-class configuration. One will be operated by Thomas Cook Airlines Belgium and one by JMC Airlines."

I thought the changeover date for rebranding was from now until April next year. When is the "legal" changeover?

The Official launch date is 01 April 2003, but aircraft will be rebranded as from October, so the new A320 will arrive in TCA colours.
