KLM uk sponsorship?

Hey all! I read an advert in the "pilot" magazine about a sponsorship programme with KLM uk. I've heard that of the last batch they this with, only about 8-10 got their promissed jobs. Is this true? If anybody's got any information whatsoever (other than that given in the ad...), I would be very grateful!!!
