Jeppesen Easybrief unable to produce VVTS APT NOTAM

Hi All,

Any other customers facing such? You can try to run from your JetPlanner and access the FCBP thru your Easybrief.....no VVTS APT NOTAM.

E.g. WSSS-RCTP via VVTS FIR but nil VVTS Airport NOTAM only FIR NOTAM.

This is so troublesome for the dispatcher to print it manually or manually added in email.

Jeppesen said it is because Ho Chi Minh FIR and Tan Son Nhat International share same code ICAO code.

AFAIK other providers like SABRE & SITA never have such problem.

The problem was reported since 2014 but yet to be solved till now.

Does VVTS appear in Enroute Airport Database List for the aircraft type in the WXE database? If not - try adding it.

Yes VVTS is in the list all along.
