Any suggestions for a efficient hour building in the warm airs of the South of Europe. Have checked "Flying in Spain", many thanks.........

Where are you planning to do your professional flight training?

I was wondering the same thing. I'm planning to go for PPL ground school in September. Would it be worth popping over to France for a week or two in case the weather isn't good enough in Ireland?

I assume you mean ATPL ground school? I would always recommend doing hour building in the area you plan to do your CPL and IR. Get to know the airspace, landmarks, ATC restrictions/normal procedures, VRPs etc. Also you will be hour building in the same typical weather that you will be doing your professional training - get used to it.

Mentioned elsewhere, you might want to try Egnatia in Northern Greece. 2 seat Aero AT3 available, might be what you're looking for?:ok:
