Hi all, I'm really stuck in a rut with career options. I'm 33, in Sydney and hold a PPL(A). I have also done 5 of the 7 CPL(A) subjects just to keep my brain ticking whilst I save $$$

I've posted a few times before getting advice on fixed wing courses for CPL/MECIR ect. Thanks to everyone who has taken the time out to post or PM me.

I would like to get a gadge on a career in rotary aircraft. It seems to be a part of aviation that will be around forever and it's something I love just as much as planes.

What advice would anyone have? I was possibly looking at Heliscenic at BK and could get CPL with R44 time for around 40k (with PPL(A)). They also do free theory. After training is there much around for a low hour CPL(H) pilot? What options are there?

If you're a helicopter pilot I would love to hear from you.

Many regards,

Radiodude.

Have a look at Helipad Bankstown. They offer training in Robies and the Guimbal Cabri. The Cabri is the first modern 2 seater design in decades.
