This guy is famous: There has been warnings and horror stories about him for years.
No idea why he is still in business and not in jail.

Not to mention there is something very dodgy going on with the Aerocadet program that offers a "paid internship" being a gear monkey on ferry flights by Global air ferry

Stage 5, Optional CPL Internship, is designed
to allow students to gain very important to their
aeronautitical resume Commercial Pilot Experince.
They will be allowed to work as interntional ferry
pilot for Global Air LLC and transport light propeller
and turbine aircraft for different clients from
the United States to various locations around the
World. This is an optional paid internship. Pilots
are paid $50 per flight hour and, since they are
home-based and working on a crew visa, not restricted
to 20 hours per week.

Spelling errors courtesy of their brochure....

RW seems to be busy:

Aerocadet/GAF terms and conditions to students. Oh, the irony ....

Ferry flights availability to the Student on week-by-week basis during his/her internship is subject to aircraft type, weather, maintenance issues, route availability, operational requirements and other factors.

I presume somebody will check his medical before they let him set off.

The problem will then be getting the funds back out of his greedy mits.

He's the pilot about 80% of the time......it seems.

And the other 20% of the time the aircraft is left in a ditch somewhere out of fuel (going by previous threads)?

Please be advised: Global Air LLC is not in any way operated or owned by Robert Weaver. This is a separate company. Temporary VA registration was due to the fact that one of the owners was residing at this address and, as per regulations, had to reregister company at the address of residence. (There is NOTHING ILLEGAL in the VA law about registering companies at the residential address of the co-owner). The owner is no longer residing there, and the company registration is being renewed at a different address in FL.

RW as a very active very pilot, who has worked as a contracted pilot (not an employee) on some ferry projects for this company. However, following negative publicity, he has been removed from the website and will no longer be participating in the projects, pending investigation.

For any verification of this information please do not hesitate to contact me via private message. I will be happy to schedule a Skype video call to prove that RW is not affiliated with GAF and I am, certainly, not him and RW is NOT using this domain as a disguise.
