Air NZ staff travel benefits

NZ are on a recruitment drive in Australia and a friend (currently working for QF) who is thinking of applying has asked me what their staff travel benefits are like. Do they offer J class for staff, what is priority system like, and is there staff travel access to Australian domestic flights (presumably VA but perhaps also QF?) and other international airlines ex Australia?

Anyone working for QF knows what goes on in interline staff travel agreements between Airlines ( of which NZ are included ) and wouldn't need to ask a person like you that isn't in NZ or indeed any Airline. :ugh::ugh:

I'm quite sure their staff travel benefits are sufficient.
