On Monday CTC posted on facebook:

"8 days until we announce a very new and exciting Airline Partner
Make sure you sign up for updates to be the first to know……
http://www.ctcaviation.com/aspiring-pilot/newsletter/"

Anyone know anything about who it is/ what type of scheme it will be?

Potentially... although it could just be something like the link they have with Ryanair,BA cityflyer and Thomas Cook at the moment for example where they supply whitetail graduates to the airline.

Although I'd like to see a new scheme :)

I think Emirates have their own training school in Dubai where they train their own nationals. Although they could be looking to base cadets in Europe, who knows...

Sadly I can t be at Pilot Careers Live this year which is a shame.

Its Aer Lingus.

There is a banner on CTC's page with "Testing" written across it.

Yea, just seen this on the CTC website. Wonder if this means that the Aer Lingus scheme is no longer fully funded. We can only speculate until Monday!

Looks like CTC's website developer screwed up haha
Or is this CTC marketing at its best? :E

Hey everyone!

Just to clarify that Aer Lingus isn't the 'new partner' that CTC are talking about. If you check out one of their CTC's latest facebook posts from around 13.00GMT today, they say the airline isn't based in Europe or America...this just increases my curiosity..

Maybe Emirates or prehaps a Chinese airline, they are expecting massive passenger increases and fleet expansion and need the pilots for it

I've heard through the grapevine that they've let some business go to FTE. Not sure whether intentional or through change of circumstance so maybe they've got something interesting to take up the slack?

I'll be on a stand on Saturday.

FTE picked up EZY recently but, I'd hazard a guess that it was because EZY require more pilots not that EZY doesn't want to work with CTC.
