Hi !
Looking for Moroccan pilots in Linkedin I found several Air Arabia Maroc F/O just fresh of school working there. I didn't understood who they get an A320 job without experience . They paid a Line Training, isn't?
PS: Most of them done a Integrated ATPL in ESMA Academy, France.

Hi km,
yes they are paying for a program type-line training with job offer.I thought only natioanals.Did you searched the website of air-arabia?

Yeah I searched but I thought only Alpha Aviation Academy students "benefict" this Line Training... Finnaly I found in pilotnetwork.com what you told me....This Moroccan F/O have paid 47000 euros for line training.

Air Arabia Maroc (MAC):
TYPE RATING: 235.000 MAD
Type rating is done in UAE and only for moroccan citizens.
BOND: 235000 MAD for 5 or 6 years.
Flying with cover pilot: 10.000 MAD before tax
After being cover pilot free: 10.000 MAD before tax + hours
based in casablanca, with night-stops in Marrakech, Tanger, Fes and Nador
screening of may 2014: about 12 pilots selected, now all flying
screening of oct 2014: 6 pilots selected 3 are now flying, 3 will start in may/june with the type, 3 stand by who will have to pass an ATPL-test to join the 3 who are starting the type in may/june.
screening of dec 2015: 18 pilots selected. when they will start , i dont know (it may take a while). mac has as we speak a fleet of 5x A320.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

When did they add the 5th a320?? I thought they had only 4 and no plans for new aircraft!

Yes they have a new one, with a Moroccan registration and Sharklets
