Good day all,
looking for some info on this Maltese operation. Company, working climate, management etc. Appreciate any input.

They screwed our company badly on one occasion by lying, and subsequent investigations proved that it was blunt betray. Furthermore, conversation with brokers and other operators showed that such dishonest practise is standard with AirX. They also cancelled lesser trips shortly before the charter date if they got a booking of a better trip. Customers then had a hard time being reimbursed (on top of being left high-and-dry): AirX wanted to keep the money and simply issue a credit for the next charter trip. Those events were between 2009 and 2013. It may have changed now.
Not verified info: The MD of those times, a certain Mr Matthews, seems to have a criminal record in the UK.
Some of their last job postings showed very, very lousy pay.
All this together indicates that AirX is a leader in the European race to the bottom.

About the high staff turnover I wouldn't be too sure, just check the fleet size now and 2 years ago...
