Most airline candidates are given a simulator test as part of the interview process. Some of the time the candidates may never have flown that simulator aircraft type before. Can anyone advise what sequences to expect in the Air Japan 767 simulator?

I believe that the contract company(ies) provide the candidate with the full sim profile, standard calls, etc. If you follow the profile exactly, using the calls provided, rather than improvising it will greatly improve your chances.
There is also a technical quizz and a face to face interview with a selection panel.
