Then you think: working in Bali is great.
But not so great as the school is located 150 km fron Ngurah Rai airport.
In a small village. Driving time around 4 heures.

Great!
It is Java. No beer. Loud speakers blasting at 0400.
Get lot of hours teaching PPL.
Great.
Crosscountry flights to nowhere.
Stuck there for a few batches.

Management.
Not really into managing.
Poor communication skills.
More like do it no discussion
Always errors in their favor
Who decide? Not clear.
