Air X Charter (Malta)

I see from a Tripadvisor forum that Air X have teamed up with a startup flight agent called loloflights (http://loloflights.co.uk/ (http://loloflights.********.co.uk/)) to offer high season flights from Manchester and Bournemouth to some Greek holiday destinations.

I thought Air X were GA charter carriers and if so going into bucket and spade seat sales is a bit of a departure for them I would think. Does anyone know much about either of them and their recent history and suitability for this new venture?
