Hello,

I am looking for an exact and current list of activities to accomplish during full Test Pilot training under EASA regulations. I am interested in list of theoretical subjects (with number of hours) and detailed description of practical training (types of aircrafts, types of exercises, number of flight hoursetc.).

I tried to search EASA website but could not find much.. Maybe you guys know where to look for this information?

Thank you!

Hi,

a few days ago I saw here a reply from someone pointing FCL.820 as an answer to my question. For some reason it is erased now. Is this source out of date?

Also, using the occasion - are you aware of any requirements for a pilot willing to start test pilot rating according to EASA regulations (not particular school's minimums)? I tried to search for this information at the above mentioned FCL.820 but could not find anything.

Thanks

Why not write to ETPS?

The EASA web site is a nightmare and gets worse with every re-design. They also make it much more diffcult to find the regulation (law) than the Acceptable Means of Compliance (gold plated, not law). So to help you, the basic regulation FCL.820 is within this document:

http://eur-lex.europa.eu/LexUriServ/LexUriServ.do?uri=OJ:L:2011:311:0001:0193:EN:PDF

The AMC is within this document

http://easa.europa.eu/system/files/dfu/AMC%20and%20GM%20to%20Part-FCL.pdf

Both documents have published amendments which as far as I can see with a quick look do not affect the bits which interest you.
