Did I miss something, wasn't the overtime threshold lowered to 88 on the last pay review, but the OMA still shows 92?

I was paid according to the 88h threshold this month.

Good..was browsing the FOM and noticed it hasn't been changed is all.

Send an email to MRA
if it isnt changed in the OMA then it is easy to change back.
