QF phone reservations down ?

just had the misfortune of being on eternal hold for QF res for nearly 4 hours.


Gave up.


Even being answered in India or Sri Lanka would be better than no answer at all.


With all these supposed profits(creative accounting maybe) maybe QF should put on a couple more phone res people, ANYWHERE.

I believe QF closed the BNE Res room yesterday (Friday).

Apparently 4 hours is not too bad as they have put their more experienced staff off.

The clever company !! Get rid of the experience, employ people with limited training prior to closing down.

I believe it's moving to NZ from memory.

Was talking to some QF people last night and apparently people = read passengers or potential passengers (or are they called guests these days?) have started coming into reception at Coward Street thinking or hoping that there is a travel desk there.
