Some years ago when I was flying my parents into LAX on our Falcon 20, our pilot radioed the Southwest pilot (not sure if it was direct or via flight operations) and they waited a few minutes so my parents could make their connection. Acts of kindness are remembered.

Also congrats to the team at the gate who passed the issue to the pilot via tower asking could they help?

Restores hope for human kindness not robots

"Delta pilot" - what an amazingly inaccurate statement. One that was repeated by every major news source in the states.

The pilots fly for Endeavor Air. The Delta regional carrier. The pilots have absolutely nothing to do with Delta.

@Huck

perhaps if you bothered to read it you would have seen the statement in the article

"A pilot for Delta subsidiary Endeavor Air"

Perhaps Huck was referring to the thread title.
