Are there any Fuel Services where it's possible to pay with Fuel Card

Use Ethiopian Airlines as handler and you'll be fine!

We used Ethiopian as our handler (didn't have any choice, as I recall) and it took about 3 hours of arguing before they finally accepted a credit card. So, be forewarned...
