Gday,
Is there anyone on here currently at Hainan on the B737, who would be willing to discuss the current state of play there?

Via PM or email if you prefer.

Cheers

I have a couple of questiosn too. What happens if you leave before the end of contract? Do you have any bond?

Present contracts at HNA contain a 90 day prior notice of separation clause for both parties. The FSA as they call it (Flight Service Agreement) is only deemed to be interpreted as a guidance agreement, not a contract, most of the benefits adverstised for were given only after seven to eight months after joining date.

Additionally the contract is ruled by the laws of HKG, but HNA does not have an office or corporation there to respond to arbitration demands, it is all baloney.

If you decide to come this way, you are ruled under a chocking atmosphere of lies and deception, this is beyond the well know pollution of Beijing and other large cities in China.

I personally regret having left my former job to come to this misery, regardless of how much gold they staple in your mouth to take home.

Thanks Dignified,
The more I read, the less it looks worthwhile....

I hope you can make it worthwhile for yourself.

Not being paid as advertised, and not adhering to contract terms are a deal breaker for me.

Cheers
