Quick Turnaround HSSS

Does anyone have experience landing in Khartoum (HSSS)?
I'm specially interested in a quick refueling stop there.

Yes. It's far from quick. Port Sudan would be less hassle, if an option. Often better vis, too.

Is there any reasonable way to get around carrying lots of cash for all that different landing and other fees that are to be paid without credit card?
Do people regularly expect "facilitation fees" on top without receipt?
