Spam coming from . . . me!

My own email name on the same address but trying to sell me stuff. Can't put it to spam in case I want, albeit rarely, to send something to myself.

Any ideas about how to defeat this new problem.

Saw that myself recently. I don't know what it was as, knowing I hadn't sent myself anything, I didn't open it.

Get it often, pharmaceutical products. I have marked this address as spam even though it's my mail address, and goes to my spam folder. Does not affect emails sent or received from know contacts. I'm using MSN addy via Outlook.
