New letter?? Hadn't heard about it, but I honestly hope this one doesn't get spread across pprune & splashed into the media. That lessened the effect of the first one.

Whilst the four pages that you wrote didn't offer up any sauce at all ! , unless we see some concrete steps in the next coming weeks ,we are all downing tools and going back to having a life and not writing thoughtful and very serious letters anymore.
