Looks like a bad one with reports of at least one Fatality. Hit power lines on approach.

My thoughts go to the pilot's family and friends. Unconfirmed reports the pilot radioed that he was having trouble with the plane but was continuing on.

Updated: 11 August 2016

Progress of this investigation has been delayed by competing priorities and workload of the investigator in charge and team members. Following reorganisation of the investigation team, release of the draft investigation report to directly involved parties (DIP) for comment is now expected to occur in January 2017. Feedback from those parties over the 28-day DIP period on the factual accuracy of the draft report will be considered for inclusion in the final report.

Still no report.......

A rather inconclusive report after two years (today week). Should've taken two months. As already suggested, almost identical to JMW up near Camden Haven.
