What is the typical cruising altitude of a 737 800 NG in the UK from EGPF/PH down to EGKK area? A STOA of FL410 with a cruise time of 15 mins roughly?

I'm using a very powerful flight planner tool. But i would like to calculate my own flight levels for short hops around the UK. Can someone provide or point me in the right direction to go about doing this?

Checkout the FPPM for CFM56-7B26 / 738W / JAA ( Also CFM56-7B26 SFP and look at the Short Trip Cruise Altitude table :ok:
