The pilots were among eight people convicted for involvement in a 700kg (1,500lb) shipment of cocaine in 2013. The pilots said they did not know the plane was carrying 26 suitcases of the drug. The arrests came after a lengthy investigation into a drug-trafficking ring.On a business jet you know if you are carrying 26 suitcases...

except if the 26 suitcases never went into the plane with the crew on board.

The suitcases were laying in the cabin, so everybody saw them.
The loading of luggage without the crew, or at list one pilot on board, is a security issue. And this is Dominican Republic!

I have one question: why was it always the same Falcon 50 which has been used?

Well, I have flown a 50 on a nightmare operation where we often filled the hold, and I never dreamed of asking any of my passengers what was in their cases.
Indeed I've never asked any of my passengers what they are carrying.

Me too, I never asked to my passengers; is there anything , I have to know?

On remote airfield in Eastern Europe, without asking, I have had the local squad drugs and their good boys for a routine search.
