So far, been called out on every standby duty this reserve. Looks like shaping up for a 80 to 90 ish hour month. Don't remember working this hard on reserve before. They're clearly running out of flex pretty badly. What's next? Captains flying together? Not enjoying the pineapple suppository.

In future, try to time (swap) your reserve month so that various ground duties fall into it such as PPC, SEP, CRM, local visa renewal, USA crew visa renewal, medical, passport renewal (after the visas are done), and sundry disciplinary meetings. All are good for using up their time on yourself. Also, bid for a ten day cargo trip with 96 hour layovers all over the place on the last day of your previous month. I did all that in August and had about 5 days of standby.

On reserve or next month?
It's been happening for a while now on the whale fleet, back to back Europe's or similar.

Outatowner. Did the bid thing, no joy as they placed a little RSV over the first of October.
Managed to swap on to the trip l wanted. 10 days sorted.
Day prior to departure trip removed.
Reserve started two days earlier, with a callout at midnight.
Bloggs. Also been called out on 90% of reserves. Not one prior assignment.

From the New CRS "help" manual.
Tip You will not be awarded a trip that extends into a Reserve period. Consider this when entering your bid.

In Sept on RSV, I did 55 hours. Most of the flight night turns...

:= This bidding on the last day off the month for a long flight/freighter has been disabled long ago.. you can also see the dummy day they put in the Mymint.. so its not going thru..
