Hotels for Emirates CAE Dubai

I have an initial coming up and I'm looking for current hotel recommendations.

I've got Spire Elite with IHG and considering forking out for Ambassador if the Intercontinentals are any good. Otherwise Hilton or possibly Starwood for the points.

Ideally something with a good gym and lounge access.

Palm Atlantis or Burj Al Arab might just live up to your high standards and I am sure they might have a business lounge too.
