Flight Alaska to Russia

Got to do a flight from Nome Alaska to Petropovlosk and back. Does anyone have recommendation for a facilitator who can set up the necessary clearances and permits, and any help with information concerning radios, flight plans, charts, translator/navigator requirements and any traps?

We have been finding it increasingly difficult over last two years and now avoid if possible.

If you are in US registered aircraft seems to be affected by tensions between USA & Moscow.

This was our ground handler in Petropavlovsk Kamchatku last year. Very efficient! They even set us up with a driver to bring us to some hot volcano outdoor jacuzzi.
Other than that, use an international tip handler for setting up the whole project.
