Can't block junk emails

How come I now seem to get junk mail I can't block because it as come from my email.
Who writes these programs so that someone can get around blocking unwanted mail and end up with all this junk. This is with Outlook. Wish they would concentrate on having some decent filters instead of all the fancy logos and spinning dots!

I find Outlook to be variable in how well it gets rid of spam. Some weeks good, others awful.
Grin and bear it seems to be the answer. There are a couple of earlier threads on here about it if you want to look for them.

Who supplies your email service? Is there a web view available? Does the web view allow blocking? If so set up a block for email that has your address as the from address.
