Hi,
I stupidly forgot some items in the seatback pocket on an AirBerlin flight the other day. The flight was AB8037 CPH-TXL on the 29th of September, the flight was flown by D-ABDW.
I was told they would most likely be deposited at the Baggage Service Center at Berlin Tegel Airport, unfortunately they cannot find it there
What else can I do? The aircraft went on to Vienna later the same evening where it has been parked since then. Is there any way of getting in touch with Air Berlin flight ops to have the cabin crew check the seatback pocket before the next flight?
Any advice much appreciated.
