A client owns a couple of Legacy 650s which are currently leased to an operator in Asia. The leases are expiring shortly and the client is considering relocating them to Europe and handing them over to a reliable operator on dry lease.
Grateful if anyone could provide pointers or contacts in the industry.

The hint is lease, those mentioned are operators.
They aren't going to guarantee hours unless I've missed something.

My immediate thoughts are to engage a re-marketing specialist pdq. If they are going to sit a while, don't let them sit in Europe - it's costly. Your better option is to park them stateside because 1. it's much cheaper 2. you're already parked in the most likely area to find a new lessee!
