How long for PRIA to get back to employer

Anyone know how long from when the employer submits the PRIA to the feds to when they receive the PRIA information back from the feds? wanting to start new job and unable to all paperwork comes back. trying to figure out how much notice to give current employer.

If the employer is a US regional; it's electronic; 2 days i believe. My recent application was cleared in less.
