Hi there

Recently a chance for flying a C525 has popped up , so now I am in search process for a suitable ATO where I can get my TR.

Any opinion, idea or suggestion would be welcome and appreciated.

Although I know that in aviation cheaper things turn out to be eventually the most expensive ones, as many others around this forum I am kinda struggling, so I am searching for a competitive and affordable price.

Ah, I am looking too for any C525 instructor who can resolve some doubts about the type rating , mostly about flight training requirements to get the tr.

Thanks to all again!

Jose

You have not mentioned the reg of the aircraft or whether its operated as an AOC aircraft in EASA Land or private

Remember the CJ1 is a single pilot aircraft below 12500 ibs What is your position going to be with a pure type rating and no jet time flying single pilot as Captainor is it as an FO?

Just check you can record the hours and whether the insurance will allow you to fly left seat ?

I ditto for BFC, Julian and Martin.. The job will be done, and you base training included!.. If you have excess of cash - sure go to FSI and get an overall better T/R - but in a biz model where you have to pay yourself, why would you care - just get the cheapest you can and go get the experience.

Good luck.

Hi

thanks to all ,

CL300, It will be operated under an AOC, as a first officer.

I will check BFC, since Flight training center was far away from my pocket.

Any other suggestion or advice about the training?

Thnks!

Just curious. How much is the flight training center?

Two other ones that might be worth checking

Thanks to those who have mentioned Martin Barnes & Julian Telling at BFC. We have delivered over 400 type ratings in the last 8 years (King Air & CJ). We maintain and operate 6 CJs and have 8000 instructional hours on SPHPA aeroplanes between us. Ratings can be delivered on your aeroplane and it's even possible to offer training credits for those who have appropriate experience.
