As stated in the title, Im looking for a TRI for the CL30 who is working under an ATO to do my base training(4 TO/Landings).
As an EASA license(UK) holder the UK CAA did not approve my base training with an Austrian TRI who did my fellow colleagues(4 Swedes, who got there licenses a few days after the "bumps"). Apparently there is a new law in force stating that the TRI/TRE needs to be associated with an ATO to do the training.

Any suggestions?

Gama Aviation have set up an ATO just to sort this, in association with CAE but able to sort it for anyone.
Email [email protected] and she can give you all the details.

Mods, I have to confess a link, being part of the ATO, but I thought that as an answer to a direct question it would be OK inder the forum rules.

''Where a UK licensed pilot is attempting to qualify for a Type Rating and can justify that he cannot complete the base training under the control of an ATO, the pilot or his/her employer may apply to the UK CAA for an exemption to allow the training to take place independently in a representative aircraft with a Type Rating Instructor qualified to instruct on the aircraft type.''
