"hot videos around" pop up page

Anyone else getting redirected from PPRUNE to some odd video advertising page something like hot videos around *** com or similar. It seems to be advertising "normal" films (not smut) and only just started happening this evening and doesn't happen on any other webpage...so is it a pprune thing or do I need to drop my computer in bleach?
