Chief Pilot to fleet forum " um...not sure, I'll find out and get back to you":ok:

We won't change the roster to avoid EFP.

We won't change a duty to reserve.

Airbus leave allocation is 100% (DFO not too long ago) ... no leave for me in 2015

We employ top people in our Fuel Hedging department.

CX is a career airline, time to command about 9yrs... RH some time ago.

oh wait, I forgot.... how about the
"Industry standard Staff Travel system"

wait wait...one more.... Everything the current DFO has said...:{

You guys are too harsh.

They promised they'd change the sandwich tray and they did.

So now it's worse, but... there's that.

Instead of moaning here and dealing with intermediaries or hitmen, knowing that the real culprits are in London, why we don't send a delegations over there to have a meeting?
Do they know really what' s going on here?
Do they know and pretend they don' t?

Of course they know what is going on .They simply choose to ignore it in the hope that it will all go away
Unfortunately for them this time. It isn't going to go away

You give them way more credit than they deserve. The 7th floor doesn't even know what's going on. They look out the window and see airplanes taking off. Everything must be fine.

25 yr housing

Everyone says it's still case by case but sorry to burst your bubble, I don't know a single person who has got it since October and rolled past 15 yrs paying a mortgage.

I'd say it's gone and a select few have, prior to last October, been fortunate.

I'm building a picture to get the priorities of flight ops sorted. I'm building a foundation on which to build. GMA dec 2014.

More information on the Crew Management System will be available in due course. GMA dec 2014.

Will shortly update you on the SHP claim. GMA dec 2014.

There is no plot to slide 3 man long haul through the back door. DFO feb 2015.

The abysmal Engagement survey provides an opportunity for change. DFO feb 2015.

Flight Ops will now produce evidence based strategies and plans. DFO feb 2015.

We will continue to communicate flight ops improvements in the coming months. DFO feb 2015. (He kept this promise by getting himself sacked)

I know we need to improve morale. It will take more than a top down approach. DFO may 2015.

Oh, and the latest cliched crap.
I am awaiting data of the issues raised so forgive me if I drag my feet.

How silly of me to assume the issues raised were set up on the basis of evidence based strategies and plans and that the facts would be at her finger tips.

Wide body jets flying halfway around the world with total onboard experience less than 500 sectors, fatigued to the extent of being intoxicated, on the back of a strained training department, overseen by a CSD that is purely reactive.

I wonder how it ends....

SHP

Completely forgotten.

Info from a HKG labour lawyer. 27 claims through courts, 26 resolved and paid out. Last claim sorted over 2 years ago. One SHP claim still ongoing.

CX cabin crew paid nearly 3 yrs ago.
