This is NOT a request for money. There is a small children's charity called Post Pals (http://www.postpals.co.uk/) whose furry fund raiser D o t tie the Dalmatian needs your help with a special request (https://www.facebook.com/***tieTheDalmatian).
***tie lives with Kathryn in Aberdeen and her letters bring a lot of happiness to sick children. Please would you consider helping to make her dream come true?

Dottie the Dalmatian

Over the last 5 years I have achieved lots of ambitions, including travelling to several different countries, doing the ice bucket challenge, going to a sensory room and going on adventures with the RNLI, the police and the fire service. My biggest unfulfilled ambition is to spend a day with someone in the armed forces and have photos for a letter for my seriously ill friends. Could you or someone you know help me with this?

This seems like a fantastic idea. I live and work at RAF Brize Norton and am more than happy to help if Dottie would like to spend the day visiting the various squadrons and sections here, I appreciate its quite far from Aberdeen but if you want to take up the offer please PM me!

Gam3Changer - thank you so much. I shall pass on your very generous offer to Dottie and let you know. As you say, it's quite a way away but who knows?

Thank you Gam3Changer, PM sent.
For everyone, here's Dottie achieving her last fundraising goal - Ben Nevis. I'm assured that she walked all the way up and down without any help. She even bought a lovely pair of walking boots just for that day. :)
