Courtney injured in freak pit lane incident (http://www.speedcafe.com/2015/08/21/courtney-injured-in-freak-pitlane-incident/)

In Sydney, a leading V8 driver was hospitalised with chest injuries after being hit by a metal advertising sign which was dislodged by a Navy helicopter flypast over pit lane.
Looks like the driver won't be able to compete this weekend.

Some pilots need to be more careful with their downwash.

I was at The Sakhir GP circuit in Bahrain when a military helicopter approached their landing site on a heading which took it directly over the F1 TV equipment yard and a whole pile of equipment was blown away, causing damage.Just lucky that no-one was injured by the debris.Conditions were calm,no wind either (so no need to approach over a 'populated' area).

Aren't displays normally not allowed directly over the crowd?
