A great read.

Just about 2/3rds through the book now.
Quite a laborious read in some parts - of necessity - as JW warns. Message is that, regarding your contract, 'they' will read every nuance and loophole that can possibly be found so it had better be watertight. It isn't. Did you know that you can be fired and given 3 months money 'for no reason' and, as long as 'they' shut up, you are not entitled to a DGP because you are already an ex-employee?? How Their Lordships managed to listen to that over and over again defeats me.
There is no question of fairness in all this and I couldn't follow the logic regarding defamation and the subsequent reduction in the award of compensation.
Seemed like the bullies rule the playground and I can only admire JW and the rest of the team for their incredible perseverance and fortitude.
You deserve a fine life John - Good Luck to you, mate.
