Can anyone direct me to the UK Type Certificate Data Sheet for the Westland manufactured Bell 47G? The FAA TCDS excludes those [Westland] serial numbers. My friend's machine has a UK CAA C of A, so there must be a TCDS behind that, but neither the C of A nor the data plate state a TCDS number.

A link to the TCDS would be quite appreciated...

AAN 10196 issued by the "Air Registration Board" old chap. Predecessor of UK CAA. Ra ra and all that.

That data applies 18 G-4A's all license built and operated initially by Bristow.

Thanks RVDT, that's a start, but searches seem to only turn up veiled references to that UK agency, and then some New Zealand and Australia acceptance documents. Any idea where to look for the UK original document?

Would this help ?

Thanks Goodgrief, that does help, though I still am hoping to find the UK TCDS. I'm working toward Canadian type acceptance for the Westland 47G4A. I either draw a direct comparison between the UK TCDS and that of the FAA, or I prove that there is no UK TCDS, which opens another avenue to acceptance.

But the more data the better!
