In the event that you intend to do something about our industrial dispute other than just CC and whinge on here, the AOA forums, and Yammer; I highly recommend you consider your timing. The peak for summer passenger travel is upon us now. If you are on the Airbus or 777, what are you waiting for? If you are on the 747, I recommend waiting until the cargo peak begins in mid-September. Just food for thought... Otherwise we can just keep discussing important topics like who's been on type the longest or the political situation in North Korea.

Have anything particular in mind?

Here's an interesting read, maybe one could glean some ideas from this article?

Food for thought though :hmm:

An excellent read. Great points. But for us in CX, we have an Achilles heel which also happens to be the No.1 action listed in the article:

Solidarity

If an AOA member appears to have broken Contract Compliance or the Training Ban they must be reported to the committee. If found in breach they must be expelled from the Association.

Membership has its rewards and obligations. Contract Compliance and the Training Ban are positions taken by the AOA and they must be supported by all members (and should also be supported by non-members). It is immoral to be an AOA member and not comply with AOA policy.
