I'm looking for feedback from any Captain operating in China Airlines or anyone who has been with them in recent times.

Any information on rostering, company ethos, job satisfaction, management relations and any general tips would be appreciated.

I would appreciate an honest view of what day to day life is like as an A330 Captain with CAL.
