Virgin Tech lost a decision against its Part time LAME's in the Fair Work Commission over overtime payments .
Virgin tried to implement a system where a Part time LAME would have to do full time hours( 319.2 hours) before an overtime payment would be made averaged over 8 weeks , go figure that one out.
They tried to implement a part of the EBA that was not there , very creative but it didn't work out that way.
