Can't seem to find much currently about Vista Jet...

All I know is that they really fly their asses off and that pay is way below industry standard, at least for Global crews.

but someone told me that these guys are the Ryanair on prive jets! work a lot but your bank may not think so!

Does anybody know something about their screening process.
On ppjn it says that they use a CL850 sim and tech test
What kind of tech test and do they stil use this sim since they are getting rid of the 850 in favor of the global?
