$9 billion seems quite a bargain to me, but I was very surprised that United wanted to dispose of Sikorsky, frankly.
As LM is now primarily a defence business will they interested in continuing the civilian side of the company? And will we have to start referring to the Lockheed Martin UH-60 Blackhawk?

Good point. Maybe. But on the other hand, it was never referred to as a United Technologies Blackhawk. But the other other hand, the F-16 became a Lockheed Martin F-16 after they acquired General Dynamics.
