Earlier today Fairfax news sites were running a story on a VA 777 too low on approach into Melbourne (WTF is it about Melbourne?). Wrong alt dialled I think.
It's disapeared off the age site - possibly an embargoed ATSB report will be out tomorrow?

Apparently it's Jetstars fault due to lack of crew meals.

The final report for the 2013 incident was released yesterday.
Journalists doing their finest work by hitting the 'Quick I must be first' button before actually reading the report.
