A bit of a review as to the situation after several months of CC. It is gratifying to see that most of the members, in fact the large majority, are doing all they can to maximise the pressure of CC on the misguided aims of the company. Sadly, there are a few members who don't seem to realise that their selfishly driven, self justified behaviour is only undermining their colleagues, and ultimately themselves and their own future. We are at a turning point in this company as far as the future value of an aviation career in HK. With the intended change to RP's, and the drastic effect that will have on all our lifestyles, our familes and never mind ultimately our very health, there has never been a more important time to stay united and force this blinkered management to realise that they can't have it all their own way. If you know someone who is deviating from the voted upon strategy, you must take them aside and leave them in no doubt that their actions will have serious personal consequences going forward. We need each other more now than ever, we also need to hold each other to account now more than ever. We are having a tremendous effect on the operation, and only through unity will we prevail.

The more emails, NTC's, Friday telex's I read, the more it is apparent that the company is in full panic mode. The latest email from Henry is hilarious in it's hypocrisy, contradictions and plain silliness. Anna's yammer comments are becoming quite frankly embarrassing (re the BA commercial: " I LOVE the BA commercial".....please...). Stay the course, and as Trafalgar said, hold your close colleagues to account. If we all police our own social circles, very few of us will stray. Time to bring this mother down....

Unity! HAHA
On the bases we have our own sort of CC
Its called semi CC we even wear our red lanyards too blend in ....

We do whatever suits us , we sometimes acknowledge OCN but mostly not , we also slighly are happy to use discretion as well when it suits my roster and lifestyle
We cooperate when CC call and give us the option of going home early and are happy to waive rest requirements
In OZ we are opting in too training as well!!
Hey , its all toooo easy and it's not really ? policed by anyone to any great affect AND also the HKAOA provide us with a full office staff to help us out as well ! Its all about us!

Sarcasm and irony work better if you're sober when you write.

A typical response from people with their heads in the sand or no actual idea of what's really going on.

Goat is correct.

The AOA has had to make more than a few calls to lanyard wearing members recently regarding Goats Remarks...

AAOA pays the HKAOA a ton of money for that office and gensec support. Don't blame the HKAOA. Blame the selfish arses from AAOA and AOAC who just don't get it. Yeah, you know who you are. We know who you are. Pathetic!!! You have just defined yourself for the rest of your career. Smart move :D Idiots.

Please don't say AAOA guys (or any pilots for that matter) are taking up training?
Having no EA for this long isn't enough to deter them, not to mention the threat of an assault on our RPs!!! You gotta be kidding me! They really must be incredibly thick.

They are indeed. Invariably, they are the special ones who would normally never be invited. Another reason to love CX. High standards right up to the point when it becomes inconvenient. Safety first :ok:

Hold your circle of colleagues to account. It's time to remind all our friends of their collective responsibility, both towards their own long term future best interest, and that of their friends and colleagues.

Don't tar us all with the same brush please.
